Our award-winning
Chef/Partner, Vikrant Kapoor, endeavours to create very special and unique
menus every
Valentine’s Day. There are 2 seatings, both offering
non-vegetarian and vegetarian options.
Substitutions will also be
available for diners with dietary restrictions/allergies provided information is
provided at least 72 hours prior. So no matter what your needs, Zaaffran
can accommodate them to make your Valentine’s Day at Darling Harbour one to
remember.

Banquets
to be pre-selected
For
this special occasion, you are requested to choose a banquet from the ones
attached. You may make some substitutions in the banquet, most of which are
free, but dishes chosen from the list of Chef’s Favourites and/or seafood
dishes will incur an additional charge.
For banquets, we recommend a 7.30pm or 8pm start.

Seating
time of 5.30 to 6pm, to finish by 7.15pm. there will be no minimum spend for
this seating.
B.
Seating
time of 8pm or later (INSIDE SEATING ONLY), in which case there will be a
minimum spend of $40 per person. The
minimum spend for children from 8-11 will be 50% of the adult
price.

NEW YEARS EVE 2011/2012
Our award-winning chef/partner endeavours to create very special and unique menus every New Year's Eve.
Your meal will be accompanied by a spectacular fireworks display at 9:00 or 9:30pm and then again at mid-night to bring in the New Year, with you sitting in the best viewing spot on the harbour.
